Double Boiled Performance Tonic Soup

Water, Pork Keel Bone, Pork, Chinese Yam, Bulbus Lilii, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Semen Nelumbinis, Semen Euryales, Arillus Longan, Cordyceps Militaris, Dried Abalone, Black Fungus

*Some ingredients are removed after cooking.

Immersion Heating: Place unopened sachet into a bowl of boiling water and soak for 4-6 minutes before consumption.

Stovetop Heating: Place unopened soup pack into a pot of water and heat until water boils before consumption.

Microwave Heating: Empty all contents into a microwave safe container and heat it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes before consuming. (Note: Do not put the aluminium sachet directly into the microwave oven)

Direct Heating: Empty all contents into a pot and heat it before consumption.

*You may add 150-250 g of chicken or increase the amount of water according to personal preference.
